I’m still searching for meaning in my life. Where do I find meaning and purpose? If you had asked me this question a few years ago I would have told you that becoming a doctor would give meaning to my life. Once I finished my medical education I would finally be a useful citizen. I found no meaning in medical school. I found no greater calling, no intellectual stimulus, no creativity, no emotional, spiritual, or intellectual outlet.
